My fitness journey started as a professional rugby player 2 serious injuries cut that time short but started my love and education into the body and how we can always improve and get what we want no matter what the starting point, I completed my degree in strength and conditioning and then became a personal trainer developing a highly successful business in a short period of time helping people achieve fitness, strength and weight loss goals.

During this time I realised my passion was in helping people overcome injury like I had so I moved into teaching the next generation of PTs which gave me some more time to further my education and become a sports therapist and learn how I could help people get themselves back on track and achieve their goals.
