This class is great for both energising and calming you, perfect for mid week. You will be taken through graceful flow as well as working on static postures that will help build strength and flexibility. There is a strong focus on marrying mind, body and breath. This class will have achievable challenges taught in a fun and light hearted atmosphere and will finish with candle lit relaxation.
