Good news - we have the dates for April for the level 2 course: Day-to-day Mindfulness.

It start's from the 14th April 18.30 to 19.45 at The Body Studio and then to continue for 6 consecutive weeks. Join us again and please spread the words to your friends and family.

Karuna Priya

Karuna is a former Buddhist monk with 15 years of Mindfulness meditation training in Sri Lanka and Thailand. He holds a Masters Degree in Buddhist Philosophy from SOAS, University of London.


Nitima (co-founder) is an integrative therapist with experience in Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Counseling, EFT, NLP and mindfulness.
