As well as helping people to lose weight, tone up and generally be stronger, I have trained my crew in sports specific activities. These include skiing, golf, 5k's, Tough Mudders to 1/2 marathons.

I am motivational, passionate and extremely knowledgeable. Your sessions will be challenging but fun. Each session written specially for you and where you are in your fitness journey and where you aim to go. I support mental health awareness and believe in the importance of exercise in the maintenance of mental health.
